All Heart Counseling®

I counsel both individuals and couples in my private practice and have experience addressing the concerns of people seeking help for many different reasons. I specialize in working with military veterans and trauma survivors and how trauma impacts the emotional life of the individual and their relationships. I also address related mental health issues such as addiction and mood disorders. My philosophy and approach are client-centered, non-directive, and optimistic that change is possible.
